Toolmakers produce special equipment for manufacturing companies that require individual adaptation for the respective task. Characteristic of these tools is that they are partially or completely designed in tool geometry.
Depending on the tool type, they can be used for:
- Construction steels
- Tempering steels
- Case-hardened steels
- Tool steels.
Tools types are subdivided into:
- Punching, cutting and forming tools (including thermoforming)
- Injection and die-casting units
- Appliances
- Standard components.
The spectrum ranges from simple tools to highly complex progressive dies for the automotive industry, technical industries, for the processing of thermosets and thermoplasts, right up to the manufacture of packaging.
